Brian McCoy has spent over five decades leading McCoy’s Building Supply, a family-owned company with 86 locations across three states. Starting as a yard hand at 17, he worked his way through nearly every role—including CEO and now Chairman of the Board.

Brian will share powerful insights from his wins and failures in both business and family life, illustrating how setting the right priorities and understanding personal needs creates the foundation for lasting success.

His leadership has been honored with multiple awards, including Ethics in Business, Business Person of the Year, and Distinguished Alumnus recognitions from Texas Tech University and the Rawls College of Business.
