Cal Zant is the President of Betenbough Homes, but his story didn’t begin in business—it began in brokenness. After growing up in a Christian home, Cal drifted into a life marked by addiction, drug dealing, arrests, and nights in jail, until a desperate prayer sparked a life-changing encounter with God that began a journey of true transformation.

Joining Betenbough Homes in 2006 as a programmer, he quickly became instrumental in building systems that helped scale the company, eventually stepping into executive leadership and being named President in 2016. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly, but Cal is quick to point out that the real story isn’t success—it’s redemption. Known for his authenticity and vulnerability, he shares how God met him in the middle of his brokenness, reshaped his identity, and continues to guide his leadership, development of others, and pursuit of lasting impact in both business and life.
