Toolbox Lubbock Lunch with Jordan Wheatley

Jordan Wheatley is a Lubbock native and Texas Tech Construction Engineering graduate who has helped build more than 500 homes across West Texas. He is the co-founder of 806 Land Group, now spanning 10 residential subdivisions, and the owner of Orchard Park Self Storage and The Horizon Office Center. After serving as President of the West Texas Home Builders Association and PAC Chairman for the successful 2024 Lubbock Roadway Bond, Jordan faced an unexpected personal challenge in August 2025 when a severe leg injury left him with a 0.01% chance of keeping his left leg.

Today, he shares lessons from both work and personal life on how to face adversity with resilience through life’s ups and downs.
