Frank Tsuru is Co-Founder and CEO of Momentum Midstream, where he has served since 2004, leading the development of multi-billion-dollar natural gas infrastructure assets.

He previously founded Aka Energy and Southwestern Production, which was later sold to ConocoPhillips.
