Tom Knudson is a highly respected corporate director, former senior energy executive, and decorated U.S. Naval aviator whose leadership spans global business, public service, and boardroom excellence.

He currently serves as a director of Ergon Inc. and has held chairman and board roles with Bristow Group, Midstates Petroleum, Natco Group, Williams Partners, and MDU Resources. Over a distinguished career with Conoco and ConocoPhillips, he led operations across Europe and the Former Soviet Union and later served as Senior Vice President in Houston, overseeing HR, IT, communications, and government affairs.

A Texas native and U.S. Naval Academy graduate, he flew 170 missions in Southeast Asia and was named to the NACD Director 100 in 2024 as one of America’s top corporate directors.
