Fred is the President and CEO of Caldwell Companies, a fully integrated residential and commercial real estate firm known for its planned communities, including Towne Lake, Willowcreek Ranch, and The Highlands.

His unique ability to create planned communities that serve not only as living spaces but also as a means of fostering community has brought him tremendous success. This focus is evident not only in his developments but also within his companies, driving a faith-based culture that has earned Caldwell Companies recognition as a "Best Place to Work" multiple times from the Houston Business Journal.

Fred attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in accounting and a master’s in finance and was a four-year letterman on the Aggie football team. He serves on the boards of Texas A&M University and JH Ranch International.
