Bruce Deel is the founder and CEO of City of Refuge, one of Atlanta’s most innovative and impactful nonprofit enterprises. For over two decades, he has led large-scale community redevelopment efforts, building a 200,000 sq. ft. campus that delivers housing, healthcare, workforce training, and pathways to long-term stability for thousands each year.
