Rob C. Holmes has built a remarkable career spanning more than three decades in banking and finance, including a 31-year career at JPMorgan Chase & Co.  Since joining Texas Capital in 2021, he has led a bold transformation that strengthened the firm’s balance sheet, launched new businesses, and positioned the company for long-term growth.  

A graduate from UT and SMU, Holmes is also active in the Dallas community, serving boards including Dillard’s Inc., Baylor Health Care System Foundation, and UT McCombs Advisory Board.
